Structural Elements® Amps Up Franchise Growth with Area Development Program
The orthopedic wellness clinic is taking major strides in franchise growth with area development program and new chief development officer Dr. Ben Litalien
The Structural Elements® franchise is taking major strides in its growth initiative, filling a critical gap in the health and orthopedic care industries and aiming to reach patients from coast to coast. The holistic wellness brand recently launched a strategy to strengthen its national footprint with two key elements: an area development program and the appointment of Dr. Ben Litalien as chief development officer.
As a part of the Structural Elements® franchising plan, the area development program will award key territories to investors to develop multiple locations within their regions. With three locations currently open in Hagerstown and Frederick, MD and Milwaukee, WI, the area development program will help Structural Elements® to expand into similar markets where the demand for orthopedic care is high. Currently, the wellness franchise is targeting the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and the Midwest for area development growth.

Dr. Litalien is the founder and principal of FranchiseWell, LLC, a consulting practice dedicated to the improvement and enhancement of franchising. He has invested more than two decades in the franchise community with a broad range of management and franchise-building experience including strategic planning, organizational development, concept management and franchise system growth. He is a recognized global expert on franchise development, involved in several educational institutions and with Forbes as a contributing writer as well.
