Structural Elements® Franchisee Spotlight: Luke Laga
Meet Luke Laga, a franchise owner and chief brand officer with Structural Elements®
When Luke Laga met Doug Bertram, the founder and CEO of Structural Elements®, his career path shifted dramatically.
A licensed acupuncturist in the state of Wisconsin, Laga has treated orthopedic disorders and worked extensively with professional athletes from each of the major sports, both privately and in major league training rooms, over the past 10 years. He has also been a Structural Elements® practitioner for the past nine.
Laga’s journey with Structural Elements® began shortly after completing his Master of Science at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, when he took an immediate interest in the work Bertram was developing. Focused on working in school settings with boys with emotional and behavior disorders, Laga wanted to learn more about the work Bertram was practicing and its possible use with kids. His interest led him to leave his career to study under Bertram and return to school for Oriental Medicine.
Now, Laga is a franchise owner of Structural Elements®, having built his own clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin just last year. In addition to his practice, Laga also serves as chief brand officer, a position he takes very seriously to help foster growth for the brand as a whole.
From helping elite athletes to those suffering from chronic pain, Laga takes pride in his work and stands as a sterling example of an ideal franchisee with the orthopedic wellness franchise: someone who understands Structural Elements®’ mission, wants to develop long-term relationships with patients and support them in overcoming injuries and achieving their personal best.
