Structural Elements

SHARED COSTS

With Structural Elements®, you’re never alone in your business. Our franchising model offers a low-risk approach for both owners and therapists to work in an updated, modernized clinic of their dreams and achieve their business goals.

Gone are the days of high overhead costs or empty rooms. Through shared costs, therapists can spend more time focusing on what they do best – treating patients – while clinic owners can expect faster ramp-up and income right out of the gate with trained therapists ready to go in the (se)® pipeline.

OPTIONS THAT WORK FOR YOU

We have four customized franchise models to best fit your goals and ambitions under our Network Growth Model. Based on which model you choose, your total startup investment will vary depending on leasing costs, construction, training and the like. No matter which path you choose, you’re investing in a proven and supportive system based on years of business and medical experience. See below for more information on the investment with Structural Elements®, broken down by model:

DEVELOPERS AND OWNERS

REGIONAL DEVELOPER (RD)

The RD develops, owns and operates multiple clinics within their respective territory. Each of these clinics is under agreement with a Clinic Franchisee, who owns and operates a physical clinic. Our RD agreement works well with developers who are seeking ownership of multiple clinics on a higher level.

  • Regional Developer Fee: $22,500 multiplied by the number of Regional Developer Clinics to be developed under the development schedule
  • Total Investment Estimate: $76,400 to $172,700*

CLINIC FRANCHISE (CF)

The CF establishes, owns and operates a physical, franchised clinic within a RD’s territory. CF owners lease prepared clinic rooms to Micro Franchisees – CFs can also be Micro Franchisees. If you are looking to be more involved in the operations of a single clinic, our CF agreement offers the perfect opportunity.

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $45,000
  • Manager Training Fee: $2,700 per participant
  • Total Investment Estimate: $266,700 to $458,200*

THERAPISTS

MICRO FRANCHISE (MF)

The MF, a licensed therapist who can be a chiropractor, physical therapist, acupuncturist, osteopath physician or a massage therapist and has also been trained in the (se)® method, provides services to patients. If you are a wellness professional, our MF agreement is a great place to start your (se)® journey.

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $2,500
  • Initial Training Fee: $5,000
  • Total Investment Estimate: $17,000 - $26,700*

AREA REPRESENTATIVE (AR)

The AR, also known as the Master Therapist, is an MF that is responsible for sourcing and training other MFs in the (se)® methods and maintaining quality standards within an entire region. Our AR agreement offers the chance to share your knowledge of (se)® with other therapists who are seeking the future of wellness.

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $12,500
  • Total Investment Estimate: $16,850 to $27,950*

(se)® is proud to participate in the International Franchise Association’s VetFran program and offers qualified veterans a 10% discount off of the Initial Franchise Fee. We may require that candidates comply with certain terms and conditions to qualify for the discount.

*Based on respective 2019 Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
